KIWANIANS OF THE YEAR

Through the years, the retiring president of Kiwanis Club of Tempe has had the opportunity to select one or two members for extraordinary work and service during the previous year. The coveted "Kiwanian of the Year" awards were presented for that effort. Earlier Club records have not always indicated whether a "Kiwanian of the Year" was chosen for certain years. We suspect there were winners whose accomplishments were lost in our records.

Several Kiwanians have been repeat winners. Linda Spears, James "Mike" Cryer, Chris Rosner, Pam Goronkin, and Penny Pease have twice been Kiwanians of The Year, while Judy Aldrich has earned the honor three times and Lawn Griffiths five times.
