KCOT, with help from the Tempe High School Key Club and ASU CKI, produce the annual Easter Egg Hunt. The event is free and open to Tempe children 10 and under, and every child will get a prize.

Since 1952, KCOT has produced the Tempe 4th of July Fireworks Show - the largest pyrotechnic display in the State of Arizona! All net proceeds are distributed to local children and youth organizations.

Since 1991, KCOT has participated in the annual City of Tempe Halloween Carnival at Kiwanis Park. This is a fun, safe, family friendly event.
